The location of the hotel was perfect, with a fantastic canal right next to it. It was also very close to all the main tourist spots and the ferry station that took you to the airport in just 30 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the owner was exceptional. Additionally, the breakfast served in the room every morning was a nice touch.
The WiFi in the hotel was unreliable and very slow.

I loved the room design and uniqueness. It was also a nice change to be able to stay in a small guesthouse rather than a hotel. A reasonable location - if you can navigate the streets of Venice! Easy to get to waterbus stops, markets, San Marco, shops etc. Owner is a lovely lady, extremely helpful and accommodating - and makes a good breakfast in bed!
It would have been useful to have a kettle in the room, or access to hot water downstairs to make hot drinks in the evening etc.

The location is very good, near by restaurants and you can go to main atraction in 10- 25 minutes. The room is very beautiful, new furniture, the breakfast is nice. For veneza, the price was very good.

Cleanliness: The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Location close to the main sightseeing points: The hotel was situated right in the center, making it very easy to explore the city's main attractions on foot. Breakfast: The breakfast served in the room was sufficient and allowed us to take our time getting ready in the mornings. Staff: The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

It was a neat, tidy hotel. Breakfast was brought to your room at whatever time you preferred with no extra cost. Staff was friendly.
Its location was a bit far from everything. I didn't mind that so much because it gave us a chance to really explore venice. No one was there to greet us when we arrived at 4 pm. There was simply a key with our names on it on the desk and we let ourselves in. there was absoluty no hot water. We had to take a very cold shower and couldn't even express our concern that night because there was no one to talk to. In the end, they took off 20 euros of the total cost because of our coldt shower. Also woke up in the middle of the night with water dropping on me from the air conditioner that was right above the bed.

The description of how to find the locanda was spot on and it was easy to walk to from the vaporetto stop even with luggage. The room was awesome although the shower is very small. It was just a 20 minute walk to San Marco Piazza and most other sights. The breakfast was lots and good and staff was great! Definitely recommend this to all!!!

Excellent service from the hosts, who went above and beyond to accommodate us and gave great local tips.
For a suite, it lacks certain basic facilities like a bath and tea/coffee making facilities.

I had a great time at a lovely B&B in a fantastic location. The room was comfortable with a big bed and enough space for my belongings. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff, especially Tatiana, were very friendly. The location was perfect, only a 10-minute walk to everything I wanted to see. Despite a small bathroom, everything was clean and functional. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was delightful! The lady who runs it was extremely pleasant and helpful; the rooms were comfortable and clean and the location (about 8 minutes' walk from the Rialto) was ideal. It was relatively quiet, very close to the Fondamente Nuove, where the boat comes in from the airport and reasonably priced, especially when compared with other hotels in Venice. We'd definitely stay at this hotel again if we are lucky enough to return to this beautiful city. 10/10

Good value for accommodation on the deal we got. The b&b is in a good location, the staff are friendly staff and maintain clean, comfortable rooms
There was someone supposed to meet us when we arrived at the B&B but they weren't there (this may have been because we were late). With no reception open in the afternoon you cannot enter the B&B so we called the number but the person didn't speak English which left us stranded on the street after a delayed flight. In the end we relied upon the goodwill of a passerby to translate for us to gain entry to our room.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was a ten minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and about a 15 min walk to S. Marco Square. I also loved the breakfast in bed. The woman that worked the front desk was so nice and the breakfast was actually really good.
I really liked everything about the hotel, but if I was to choose something than I would say that the bathroom was quite small. It was one of those that didn't really have a shower stall, the whole bathroom was used as a shower. But overall it was a great hotel!

We had a great stay at Alloggi Acquavita. Tatiana, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful. She provided us with a map of popular attractions and recommended some great restaurants. The room was clean, quiet, and had a fantastic view. The hotel is conveniently located near a charming wine place called "Stella Polare," which we visited every night. They also offer free WiFi and send helpful email instructions for finding the hotel from the airport. It was only a 15-minute walk to St. Marco Square. We were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this place.
No issues.
